Description:

As an Etsy Store Setup Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing our Etsy store to maximize our online presence and drive sales. Your role will involve uploading product listings, ensuring accurate and appealing product descriptions, optimizing tags and keywords, and managing inventory. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to maintain a consistent brand image and enhance the overall customer experience.

Role and Responsibilities:

Create, configure and update our listings on Etsy store
Upload product listings with compelling descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.
Conduct keyword research to optimize product tags, titles, and descriptions for improved search visibility.
If applicable, Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in setting up and managing Etsy stores or similar e-commerce platforms.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and photo editing tools.
Familiarity with SEO principles and practices for online marketplaces.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of the real estate industry and its marketing practices.
Experience with other online marketplaces, such as Amazon or eBay.
Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and techniques.

Location / Office:

Work From Anywhere – Completely Remote Role
Computers & Software: We ensure that all necessary computer hardware and software are provided to facilitate your work, and tools that support your productivity and efficiency.
Office Locations: USA and CA. Surat branch is TBD.
Full-time position: 50 – 60 hours per week.

Days Off Policy:

Benefits are entitled to a “Full Time” staff member. Sick leave cannot be carried over into the next year or paid at termination. Staff is required to provide a medical certificate if the leave exceeds 2 or 3 days. “Vacation Time Off” starts after 1 year of employment.

Position: Etsy Store Setup Specialist

Salary: ₹ 15K Base + ₹ 5K [Performance Based Raise after 3 months]

Three Months Internship (Mandatory):

This mandatory 3-month internship will be at 50% of the regular pay, with payment provided upon completion. During the internship, you’ll be responsible for key tasks while gaining hands-on experience. After the 3 months, if your performance is exceptional, sufficient time has been dedicated to your assigned project, and the team recognizes your contributions, you will be strongly considered for a full-time position in the same role.
