Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative designer to join our team as a Real Estate Marketing Material Designer. As a designer, you will be responsible for developing visually appealing and impactful marketing materials for our real estate clients, including business cards, signs, postcards, and flyers.

As a Luxury Business Card Design Specialist, you will be crafting high-end business card designs that exude sophistication and elegance. Your role involves collaborating with clients to understand and realize their vision, pushing design boundaries with cutting-edge techniques, and maintaining the highest standards. Staying ahead of design trends and technologies, you will set new benchmarks in luxury business card design, ensuring each project leaves a lasting impression on clients and prospects.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Design Marketing Collateral: Create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and signage for the real estate industry.
- Branding Development: Develop and maintain consistent branding elements across all marketing materials to strengthen brand identity.
- Digital and Print Design: Design graphics for both digital platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns) and print materials (posters, business cards, signage).
- Layout and Composition: Skillfully arrange elements on a page, considering aesthetics, readability, and the overall message of the marketing material.
- Infographics Creation: Develop visually engaging infographics to present complex real estate information in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaboration with Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.
- Client Interaction: Work closely with real estate agents and clients to understand their visual communication needs and preferences.
- Typography Expertise: Demonstrate a keen understanding of typography, selecting and combining fonts effectively to enhance the visual impact.
- Image Sourcing: Source and select relevant and high-quality images that complement the overall design and message.
- Print Production Management: Liaise with print vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed marketing materials.
- Stay Updated on Design Trends: Stay informed about current design trends and industry best practices, incorporating them into design concepts.
- Adherence to Brand Guidelines: Ensure all designs align with established brand guidelines and standards.
- Social Media Graphics: Create engaging graphics for social media platforms that promote real estate listings and brand awareness.
- Ad Campaign Graphics: Design graphics for online and offline advertising campaigns, maintaining a cohesive look across various channels.
- Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, delivering high-quality designs on time.
- Market Research: Conduct research on real estate marketing trends and competitor designs to ensure the designs remain current and competitive.
- Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members, clients, and stakeholders to refine and improve designs.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or 3+ years of hands-on experience with design software such as Adobe Suite. Proven experience as a graphic designer, ideally in real estate or a related industry.
- Portfolio: Strong and diverse portfolio showcasing previous work, preferably in real estate marketing or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Bridge). Knowledge of additional tools is a plus.
- Creative Thinking: Strong creative and problem-solving skills for developing unique and impactful design concepts.
- Typography and Color Theory: Expertise in typography and color theory, with the ability to enhance design aesthetics effectively.
- Layout and Composition: Strong skills in layout and composition to create visually appealing and effective designs.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in design, from composition to image editing.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to understand client needs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback. Ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams and other stakeholders.
- Digital and Print Design: Proficiency in digital design for online platforms (social media, websites, email campaigns) and understanding of print production processes for materials intended for print.
- Project Management and Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing design trends, client preferences, and project requirements.
Bonus Qualifications & Skills:
- Update website pages’ frontend with new designs.
- Upload images to galleries in WordPress.
- Knowledge of Photoshop Droplets, and being able to create droplets for any repetitive tasks.
- Knowledge of Bridge, how to add image metadata, location data, etc.
- Design new client’s marketing material that comes from online websites, etsy stores, etc.
- Able to set up Etsy, new products, best practices, SEO Keywords, etc.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus and be willing to learn.
- Experience working in the real estate industry or designing for real estate clients.
- Knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and best practices.
- Experience with creating designs for digital platforms and social media.

Days Off Policy:
Benefits are entitled to a “Full Time” staff member. Sick leave cannot be carried over into the next year or paid at termination. Staff is required to provide a medical certificate if the leave exceeds 2 or 3 days. “Vacation Time Off” starts after 1 year of employment.

Position: Visual Content Creator
Salary: ₹ 15K Base + ₹ 5K [Performance Based Raise after 3 months]
Three Months Internship (Mandatory):
- This mandatory 3-month internship will be at 50% of the regular pay, with payment provided upon completion. During the internship, you’ll be responsible for key tasks while gaining hands-on experience. After the 3 months, if your performance is exceptional, sufficient time has been dedicated to your assigned project, and the team recognizes your contributions, you will be strongly considered for a full-time position in the same role.
